Address book in a multi-profiles setting

I'm using 2 Outlook (2003) profiles under the same Windows (XP-Pro SP2) user.
Both profiles are configured to use cache mode. Except for the Outlook
address book, everything works fine. The documentation is saying you can not
cache more then one OAD for a single Windows user. Bummer!

What I'm looking for is: (1) Is there a way to bypass the limitation I
described above? (2) If not, is there a way to neutralize one of the profiles
OAD caching (I saw you can do it for all the OAD caching but that's not what
I want)

The only way to bypass it would be to develop some script to maintain two copies of the OAB in different places, copying each to the correct folder when Outlook shuts down, and copying each to the normal folder when Outlook starts up with a particular profule. Very messy.

If you don't use Cached Exchange mode on one profile, it won't download the OABl.
