Address Book in Outlook Express

I am using Outlook Express, and do not have Outlook installed on my machine.
OE keeps trying to find the Address Book in Outlook whenever I open a new
message or try to send new mail. I know there is a way to use a skinny
version of Contacts in OE which downloads from my Hotmail contacts, which I
have done before. But can't remember where to change it.

Then you should be asking in an Outlook Express forum like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general

Why do you believe this? What exactly do you see?

Thanks Brian. Sorry, I didn't see the separate Outlook Express forum

When I click on "Addresses", I get a message saying "Unable to open the
Address Book. The Address Book may not be properly installed".

And when I click on "Create Mail", it says "There was an error opening this
message. An error has occurred".

Also, all the contact names have disappeared in the Sent Messages folder
under "From" which is now completely empty.
