ADDRESS BOOK IN OUTLOOK LOST

I LOST ALL THE CONTACTS IN MY ADDRESS BOOK AND CANNOT
REPLY TO ANY OF MY INCOMING MAIL OR OPEN THE ATTACHMENTS
ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. OUTLOOK WANTS ME TO INSTALL A NEW
ADDRESS BOOK. I DOWNLOADED OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6 AND DO NOT
HAVE THE 6.0 CD, BUT THE PROBLEM HAS PERSISTED. HOW DO I
RE-INSTALL AND CONFIGURE MY ADDRESS BOOK, WITHOUT THE CD,
SO AS TO BE ABLE TO SEND MAIL AGAIN? I CAN'T SEND ANY
MAIL FROM OUTLOOK! THANK YOU.
