Address book in word does not show all contacts

When I click on the address book in word it does not show
contacts if they do not have either an email or fax
number. This is the situation described in KB 301447:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;301447

However, when I follow the directions for the fix, I do
not find the registry key they indicate. I also did not
upgrade from a previous version of office. Any ideas? Is
there another way to get the radio buttons they describe?

Hi Aaron,

If you are running Office XP try installing the Word address book from the Office XP installation disk. Insert your Office XP
CD. When the setup screen comes up select Add or remove features, then select Word and click on the plus next to Word.
Under Word you will see the address book, right click on it and select run all from my compute. After the address book
installs try accessing the contacts again, do you still have the same problem? Let me know

Sincerely,
