Address book inaccessible in Outlook 2007

I have upgraded my Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 in a Vista Home Premium
environment via an easylink cable. Now, my address book is inaccessible - I
cannot open it, use it, or delete/rebuild it. How can I gain access to my
address book again?
