Address book not pulling in email address

K

Ken Ivins

I am importing a group of names and email addresses into Outlook 2000 from
Access 2000. I map everything correctly and each show up in contacts
subfolder fine (everything in the right place).

My problem is that when I go to send an email and click on "To" to open the
address book, I find my subfolder with all the correct names and their
information, but when I select an individual and click on "To" again to put
it in the address, the address does not show up.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

It has worked before.

Thanks,
Ken Ivins

Did you remember to enable that subfolder as an email address book?

Yes, it is enabled and I can see all the names and addresses in the address
book, but when I select a person and click on "To" in the address book to
add it to the email, all that appears is a ";".

Then you imported the wrong field or mapped incorrectly:
