Hi Susan:
It's important to tell us the version of your Operating System and of Word
when asking a question. In this case, it's essential, because without that
information, I can't answer.
Generically, Word and all Office applications share the Entourage address
book. The BigFoot and Infospace entries should not appear if you have
applied the latest updates.
You could try this:
1) Quit Word
2) Start Entourage
3) Go to Tools>Accounts>Directory Services
4) Delete any entries you find there (this is a removed function, there
should not be any entries there now...)
5) Quit and restart Entourage
6) Restart Word

Too often, when I go to the Address Book, the selection has moved to
BigFoot or Info space and automatically starts trying to connect to the
internet (it's prevented, but while it tries, it slows things up). How
can I get the selection to of the Address Book to stick?
