Address Book ......Please How Do I......

I am planning on purchasing a new computer and want to
transfer my complete Outlook Address Book to it.....
How do I go about this?

The file you need to transfer up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
