address book problem when I select fax option in Office:mac 2004 !!!

Regardless of which application from office:mac 2004 I have open,
when I select fax option and then click address book icon I can see
the address book but am unable to select anything on this image
without getting error sound.

I hit cancel to get out of "print/fax dialog" rather than force quit.
I think there should be a simple solution. However I haven't found it
yet.
Can you help me ??????

This is a known issue (and it was in Office v.X). In fact
it's not totally true, as it work as expected in Entourage
(but it's certainly not where it is be the most commonly
wanted).

People at Microsoft consider this is due to a bug in Mac
OS X and expected it to be fixed some time ago. But it
hasn't been until now...

Note that if you type the reciepient's name, the rest of
the field will get filled if you haven't several contacts
with the same name. And you can, of course, type the
number in order to have the fax out...
