Address Book shortcut does not include Company name

I am using Wood 2000. When I use the address book icon
shortcut to insert a name and address in a letter it uses
Contacts in Outlook. The person's name and address insert
in the letter, but not the Company name field. Anyone
have a solution? Thanks

Thanks for your help. I looked up the article, and the
company field is now inserting. However, the Mr.,
Ms.,etc. in front of the person's first name is not
inserting. What code should is use for this. Thanks,
Jerry
