Address Book/WSS 2.0/IE 7.0 Issue

I just upgraded to IE 7.0 but am still working with Project Server
2003 and WSS 2.0. Our upgrade to 2007 is in the works. Anyway, when
trying to add a new user to a Sharepoint site I receive this message,
"To use this feature you must have an Address Book compatible with
Windows SharePoint Services and you must have Internet Explore 5.0 or
greater". Anybody have a clue what the issue is? I'll also post to
the WSS group. Thanks for any suggestions.
