Address Book

When I click on the TO for new mail, I can choose between CONTACTS or
OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK. The OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK is empty and the CONTACTS
have a lot of duplicates, ie work email address & home email address, etc.
Is there a way that I can add certain email addresses to the OUTLOOK ADDRESS
BOOK?

You cannot add e-mail addresses to the Outlook Address book. The outlook
Adress book is only a heading in the address book.

Here is the Microsoft explanation:
"The Contact folders appear in your address book as subcategories of an
entry called Outlook Address Book. If you click the Outlook Address Book
instead of one of the folder names, you do not see any contact information.
To see the contact information, you must click the specific folder name that
contains the contact. "
