We use contacts in our organization only from public folders.

When I want to send email then I press butto "To:" and then I can select a
right addres book. I select a contact folder from public folders and then a
list of contacts is displayed.

But the list is limited to names only.
There are only three collumns in this visew.
Is there any way to display companies in the list (or other information)?
When I open addres book "Global Address list" then there are more columns on
the screen. Can it be the same done for public folder contacts?

Can we somehow control this view?

And also my question is:

Can we nto display fax addresses on this lists?

Is there any way to display companies in the list (or other information)?
No, but you can change the Display Name of the address to reflect that.

No, but you can start your new email directly from the corresponding Contact
folder as well instead of creating a new message first.

Yes, pre-fix the fax number with a letter and Outlook won't show it.
