Address book

I want to to use Outlook 2002 Contacts for a mail merge.
I cannot seem to find anywhere inWord 2002 or Outlook hoe
to create an address book that will open under tools,
envelopes, Mail merge wizard or anything else. Sddress
book in either program claims there is no entries ot
data. Help!

Hi Pauline,

You should address this question to an OUTLOOK newsgroup, as
they have a better idea what could interfere with your
Contact list being correctly registered so that Word can
"see" it.

FWIW, starting the mail merge from OUTLOOK's Tools menu is
usually more flexible and reliable, and at least gives you
an option to mail merge until you get the other problem
solved.
