I want to add contacts who have the same business address. Is there are way to do it without having to reenter the address data?

Also most of my contacts for a particular project are from the same city and state. Can I enter this information so it completes by default?

Set up a template contact then duplicate it. Command-D.

I advise using categories for all contacts. You can have multiple categories
for each contact.
