Address Book

How is it that when I send emails, the list of addresses on offer for a
particular addressee include addresses NOT in my Address Book. My guess is
that those non-address-book addresses are addresses to which I have sent
email that are somehow retained in Entourage's "memory" though not included
in the Address Book. Is there some way I can access that "memorized" list
and incorporate the addresses into the Address Book?

To add to the Address book, you will have to enter the address in a message
then select it to add to address book.
