Under Envelopes and Labels in MS Word, there are two
address book icons above the delivery address box; one
looks like an open book and the other is a downward
pointing diamond. Entries in the drop down menu from the
open book icon can be deleted from MS Outlook but entries
in the drop down menu from the diamond can not be deleted
at all. Am I wrong? Can anyone tell me how to delete
those entries?
