When I turned on outlook express this morning and opened my address book, I found it was an address book that I used about two years ago and everything that was added over the last two years is missing. Any ideas on how this happened or what I can to fix.

Try asking in a newsgroup devoted to your version of IE and OE --
microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie... Or look at OE MVP Tom Koch's site
http://www.tomsterdam.com. It has a lot of good information about the files
in which OE keeps messages, etc.

But, it is an object lesson in the value of backups.
