Hi

Please can someone tell me how to automatically capitalize address. I often have to copy and paste addresses into labels which are all in lower case.

I'm afraid there isn't anything "automatic" because Word has no way of
knowing what is an address and what isn't. However, you can select the text
then use Format> Change Case - Title Case, which should give you what you
want... at least in most cases.

And if you have to do this frequently, hitting the F3 key with the Shift key
held down will rotate between the various cases available. If you only want
to change one word you don't need to select the word -- just drop the
insertion point somewhere in it.

Try Command-Option-c too -- it's quicker to key than Shift-F3. But that
might be a keyboard shortcut I set up years ago rather than one of Word's
defaults; I can't remember (actually, I'd appreciate it if you could give me
feedback on that).
