Address doesn't print on envelope in Word 2003 on HP 4000

When using HP 4000 printer with Series PCL 5e command set, envelope composed
from address in letter does not print on the envelope. Envelope goes through
printer and comes out blank. I'm using Word 2003.
Any suggestions?

This usually is a printer settings issue. First, try inserting a whole piece
of paper, and lie to the printer saying you're printing an envelope. Does
anything print? If so, notice *where* it prints. Does it correspond to how
you're inserting the envelope? If not, then, in Word, choose File - Print -
Properties, and see if the correct feed and paper type are selected.
