Address in envelopes Word 2007

Using Word 2007 with Vista, I cannot enter a mailing address from
Mailng-Envelope-Delivery Address - Insert Address using my Contacts in
Office 2007 address book. The general error message appears with the
specifics of "Problem Event Name- APPCRASH; Application Name - WINWORD.EXE;
Fault Module Name- mspst32.dll; and version -12.0.4518.1014".
