I have a single workstation tthat has started to invert the address on the
envelope when I use the Envelope and Labels tool in Word. I have tried to
rotate the output, but have had no luck. I uninstalled the office package,
ran RegClean, and reinstalled the package and got the same result. The rest
of the workstations that print to this printer (HP8100 w/ envelope feeder)
work perfectly. The printer is a shared printer off of a Windows 2003 print
server. The worksation is Windows 2000 Pro with all the service packs and
patches installed. Office has also received SP3.
My question is does anyone know what registry keys or .DLLs control the
envelope wizard or Office printing? I figure I could manually remove these
and reinstall Office again to replace the missing keys or files. If anyone
knows of a fix, your one up on Microsoft, and I would be grateful for the
help.
