Address list from outlook into exchange?

I had configured exchange server with global address list. Every user
had own address book and own e-mail on exchange server.

I want to get every contacts from specified user contacts folder
(marked as bussiness category) and import them into any specified
global adress book. How to do it ?

That isn't a simple process nor do I think you really want to go this way as
it would be really hard to update and maintain the address list. Consider
using a Public Folder and set permissions accordingly.
