I have a News Letter I send out to members, however we want to only send one
per household. I have a datbase of all the members.

Zip
Example Data:
Michelle Smith 91 Patrick St Clarion PA 16214
Dave Smith 91 Patrick St Clarion PA 16214

When I send the News Letter I would like the address to show
Dave & Michelle Smith
91 Patrick St
Clarion, PA 16214

Or if the Last Names are different
Dave Smith & Michelle Davis
91 Patrick St
Clarion, PA 16214

can this be done...if so how?

Ah yes, this is a recurring problem in address lists. What you need is two
tables:
A household table that holds the address, and a person table that holds one
or more persons per household. That is a one-to-many relationship, one of the
most simple in relational database design.
