Address security warning

why the Address security warning to appear when i
synchronize outlook 2000 data with handheld each time?

The warning is :
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No". "

i use pocketMirror and not install ICQ add-in before.

please give me solution to skip this Message...
