After sending mail when I check Sent Items folder to see the mail which I
sent, it shows me this message in From field: /o=First Organization/ou=First
Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=user instead of my Name.

How can I resolve this problem?

Hi Milly,

Thanks for your reply. The Display name on sending account is Zakir.

FYI - I am using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003 as a client.

One more question please, when I send email, on the recipients inbox it
shows only display name as Zakir in from field. ex. From: Zakir, I want to be
displayed my name along with my email id. ex. From : Zakir [[email protected]].
Please let me know how to enable this featues.

A user in my organization is having the exact same issue. The display name
is correct, but when he looks in his sent items or when someone receives a
message from him the from box contains "/0=First Organization/ou=First
Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=jjones " instead of his Display name.

How do I fix this?
