Office 2003 with BCM on XP SP2
When trying to address an email, the user click the To button and changes
the addressbook from the Global Addressbook to either her outlook addressbook
or the Public Folders addressbook and Outlook immediately crashes. The
Application log shows:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8118.0, stamp 456628bf,
faulting module user32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2622, stamp 42260159, debug? 0,
fault address 0x000529a6.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
I completely uninstalled Office 2003 (with BCM) and reinstalled (did not
install BCM).
Before reinstalling, I deleted the Office and Outlook folders under
Documents and Settings\Local Settings and Documents and Settings\Application
Data as well as the Office folder under Program Files.
I'm baffled! Any suggestions or help?
