Addressing an envelope - Word 2003

Is there a particular setting that brings the address from a letter to the
envelope? This was working for one of my users before the latest update and
she's thinking a setting got changed. Or perhaps she accidentally changed
the setting herself, but does anyone know how to change this back? I'm
thinking the latter since she is the only user who has noticed this problem.

Thanks in advance for ANY assistance.

Usually the envelope with appear with the address in the envelope window. If
not, simply highlight the address, and it should show up in the envelope
window before printing.
