AddressLayout Question--OL2003

I often use AddressLayout, particularly for addressing envelopes or labels.
Most of the time it works fine, with the addressee's name First/MI/Last,
company if applicable, etc. But for reasons I cannot discern OL puts the
Last name first. These appear to be enetered in OL exactly the same as the
ones which function correctly. I have included the current text for
AddressLayout below. Any suggestions?

{<PR_DISPLAY_NAME>}
{{<PR_TITLE>}
}{{<PR_COMPANY_NAME>}
}{<PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS>}

Thanks! Not to sound too stupid, but I assume "Open the defective records"
means to click on a contact's name in OL and have the contact open on the
screen and "re-save" means to click on Save and Close." If this is what you
meant it didn't change anything as far as I could see. Did you mean
something else?

Meanwhile I'm ratcheting up my courage to try one of the address macros you
provided.

Yes that was what I meant - it effectively repairs the links to the address
book. If that doesn't fix it, you should ask in an Outllok forum as all the
mechanism is provided by Outlook.

Have fun with the macros :)
