Is there aditional dictionares for the mac word?
I would like to have mac office with both english and portuguese
dictionares running.
Is it possible?

I think so. The trick is to nominate the language as part of your style
definition. The default dictionary for each language is part of the
extras installation I think.

There is a number of multi-lingual people who are regulars here. One
may be along shortly.

A set of supported Spell Checking dictionaries are part of the
installation. For non-supported languages, there are "tricks" but none
of them are really that good.Some options are summarized here:
