'adjoining' form region

Hi,

I have created an a 'adjoining' form region which is successfully displayed
at the base of my inspector window. I have also created a new 'separate'
region which is displayed as a second tab on the message form. I was
wanting my "adjoining" region (and I'm sure I read this somewhere) to be
displayed at the base of my 'separate' region, but it isn't, it is only
displayed at the base of the initially displayed tab. Can this be done?

My customer has a requirement that certain information is displayed at all
times, and the user can't hide it by selecting another tab. On Outlook 2003
we created a toolbar to show this information, and we prevented the user
from hiding the toolbar - I'm trying to replicate this functionality on
Outlook 2007.

AFAIK, it can't be done. An 'adjoining' region displays only on one page of the form. Couldn't you just incorporate the information from the adjoining region into your separate region?
