Adjust Actuals in PWA

We have 2 categories in Project Server 2003 with SP2 for Project
Managers for viewing projects. My Organization allows the PM to view
(read only) all projects within MSP and My Projects allows the PM to
read/write his own projects but not anyone else's projects.

Question - Is is possible for the PM to Adjust Actuals on PWA's
Resource page for his project only?

PM Security Template - Allow - Adjust Actuals & View Adjust Actuals
PM Group - Allow - Adjust Actuals & View Adjust Actuals
My Projects Category - Allow View Adjust Actuals; Has Only the projects
indicated below checked; Has Allow users in this category to view all
projects they manage
My Organization Category - Neither Allow nor Deny - Adjust Actuals &
View Adjust Actuals
