Adjust actuals problem in PWA

I needed to change some hours on an employees timesheet. Went to PWA clicked
on "Resources", "Adjust actuals", selected to employee, added the hours and
then clicked on the "Update Actuals" button and nothing happens. When I try
to navigate away from this page it warns me that the Actuals have not been
updated. It seems that this button is a broken link. Can anyone help me fix
this? Thank You, Ben

Ben:

This feature works with Managed Time periods. If you're not using Managed
Time Periods, open the plan, switch to the task usage view or resource usage
view and make your changes through Project. When you're done, use
Collaborate > Republish Assignments selecting the check box to overwrite
actual work in the timesheet to push this information back to Project Web
Access.
