Adjust List Indents option when working with bullets inside a tabl

In Word 2007, how does one access the Adjust List Indents option when working
with a bullet list inside a table? I have searched "everywhere" and
apologize if this issue has been discussed previously.

Either via the Format>Paragraph dialog, which is accessed by clicking on the
diagonal arrow in the bottom, right hand corner of the Paragraph section of
the Home tab of the Ribbon, or click on the View tab and check the Ruler box
in the Show/Hide section of the Ribbon and then click on and drag the indent
markers in the Ruler.

Doug - thank you for your prompt response. I had discovered this "manual
method" - I have a table that spans multiple pages and has multi-level bullet
lists. Do you have any ideas on to make the format change once without have
to go cell-by-cell? Thank you.

You should define and use styles. Then all that you need to do is modify
the style and the changes will be applied to all instances of it. That may
be too late in your case and if so, the only other alternative might be to
create a macro to run through the table and make the changes, but that may
get a bit complicated if it is only to some, but not all of the cells that
the changes need to be made.

Doug has given you the best method to work with bulleted and numbered lists,
that is, via styles.

Note, however, that the Adjust List Indents command is on the context menu
if you right-click the actual bullet or number (as opposed to a
bulleted/numbered paragraph).
