adjust size and align controls

While adjusting the controls on a form, I find myself
doing the same process: Size to Longest, Size to Tallest,
Align to Bottom

Is there a way I can write a macro to do this?

sps, you could add these controls to your toolbar so that all you have to do
is click the button on the toolbar. To do so, whilst in form design either
select Tools/Customize or right-click on any toolbar and select customize
from the popup window. Select the Commands tab. Scroll down to the
Form/Report Design category in the left window. In the right window scroll
down to the Align buttons, select them and drag them onto your form design
toolbar. Now they will always be there waiting for you.

sps, Looking deeper, I didn't see any options for the align to
longest/tallest etc.. Maybe someone else has some ideas on that. Sorry!
