Adjust Work Based on Skill Level

About a year ago (???) I came across a macro (???) that would adjust work for
a task based on the skill level of the resource that was ultimately assigned
the task. Work was estimated based on a "typical" resource with the required
skill.)

Now that I need it, I can't find it :)

Anybody remember this one?
