Adjusting Actuals in Task Assignments in Project Server 2007

In 2003 the project manager had the ability to go in through PWA and then
into the Resource view and adjust actual work submitted by resources. We
cannot adjust the assignment hours in that way now.

Yes, that is correct. The Adjust Actuals feature was removed in Project
Server 2007. Similar functionality is available using the Surrogate
Timesheet feature, but this is only for the My Timesheet page and not for
the My Tasks page. Hope this helps.
