adjusting contrast (reposted)

Brian

I am reposting this so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle
of all of the new messages. I have new information that I
put at the bottom.

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I am trying to run.
It consists of pictures that were taken on a digital
camera. This presentation runs fine on other computers,
but not on the one that I am using. I have Windows 98,
and am using PowerPoint viewer to see the slide show. The
pictures are all showing up dark. Some of them are barely
visible because of how dark they are. Nothing else on
this computer is showing up dark, just these pictures. I
can see pictures on the internet, etc. fine. How can I
adjust this?

I did check out other presentations, and it seems that
they are all coming out dark, not just the one that I was
originally referring to.

No need to re-post. Things don't get lost here. Did you try my latest
recommendation? Let's keep the discussion in the original thread, which you
started yesterday AM.
