Adjusting for Daylight Savings while keeping appointment times the same

I have a client who for some reason has some users'
calendars set to adjust for daylight savings time and
some not set to adjust. Does anyone know a way to adjust
for daylight savings by checking the checkbox without
causing the time for all the existing appointments to
change?

Without writing some type of macro, no. The time-zone information is saved
on a per item basis, specifically for cross time-zone scenarios. Any
appointment created while "Adjust for Daylight saving" was uncheckecked will
retain that time-zone setting.
