Adjusting Page Margins

Am unable to adjust margins in a (2002) Word document imported from Word 97.
Adjusting the margins in page setup doesn't seem to affect the margins of
the imported document.

WordPerfect had a feature "Reveal Codes" or something like that, which
allowed one to see and edit embedded codes. Is there a similar feature in
Word? (Maybe I should post this separately.)

Just a guess, but have you done a "Save As", and in file types, choose the
newer doc format for the version you're using? It won't actually say "Word
2002" - just "Word Document", if I recall.
