Adjusting text on Dynamic Connector

How do I adjust the position of text along the line on a Dynamic Connector?
It looks like the default at the center of the line. I want to be able to
adjust the position of the text to the left or right of center.

In Visio 2003, there's a little yellow handle to do it.

Before that, you need to get the Text Block tool. I think it lives in a
little drop-down underneath the Text Edit tool, which looks like a big "A".

Your cursor should be two offset, dashed rectangles, which signify the
moving of the text box.
