Adjusting the default time for scheduling appointments

I can not seem to find were to change the defaults for
adjusting the length of meetings. Here is what my
problem is. I am entering in the times for my hockey
games in Outlook calendar. I uncheck the all day event
and enter in the start time of the game. Now it
automaticly changes the end time to 30 minutes from the
start time. What I want to do is to change that from 30
minutes to 60 minutes. I have looked everywhere I can
think of to change it. I am not having any luck. Any
ideas?
