Admin Guide for PPS-12?

I've installed an instance of Portfolio Server 12 (PPS). I need to setup the
organization structure and business drivers but I cannot locate any good
documentation for this. The documentation I find tells me what to do after
PPS is configured -- I'm looking for documentation on how to configure PPS.
If anyone knows of good system configuration / admin type documentation, that
would be very helpful.
