Admin User Acct in Use

In the usual process of securing a database, you
will have removed the admin from the admins group, that
is after you have created a new account and placed it in
the Admins group. You do create that new account logged
in as the Admin, then log off, and log on as the new
account, and remove the admin from the admins group.

Those are some specific things that may aid you in
solving your problem.

Also, make sure that noone can open the database
Exclusively (check the permissions for that) so that when
you have multiple users, the database won't be tied up in
that way.
