Administration and moving database

I have created a Database on my local computer, i do not
know who to set user and admin security and i need to
move the file to my server, I have tried to cut and copy
and it wont work. Can someone please email me, if you can
help explain how to make the main database accessable by
all from the server?Thnaks a bunch?
