Administrative Backup not working on all Projects

Hi,

For some reason our Administrasive backup does not run on all of the
projects and the Schedule also does not work.

I ran a Manual one now and there is not one project with todays date?

two reasons that administrative backup skips a project:
1. the project is checked out.
2. the project is not modified since last backup.

Does the schedule not work at all or just some projects?

Yesterday i ran it and running it now in none of the dates has updates. It is
scheduled for everyday 4am but does not happen.

The last one that ran on one of the projects is on hte 25-11-2008. then
after that there is a few that ran the 21-11-2008. (Those were scheduled
backups)

Would there be a log somewhere i can have a look at?
