Administrative install update to SP2

Pulled this syntax from the MS web site. Not working though. Comes back
with window as if I did msiexec /?.

have also used /update instead of /p and get same results.

any idea what I'm doing wrong?

never mind

removed spaces after /p and /a , plus shortened path to MSI
