Administrative Project noch heading

I have an User in the Project 2003 Server, he has no heading over the task.
Example: admin. Project name: Meeting hardware, Task Name: non project time
A normal user saw in the web access in tasks to enter hours of work.
Meeting hardware
non project time

But the other user saw
non project time

There is something wrong with his user. The problem appears only by him.

Ask the user in question to do the following:

1. Log into PWA
2. Navigate to the View My Tasks page
3. Click the Filter, Group, Search tab
4. Set the Group By option to Project
