Administrative Project Questions

1. A resource has submitted "non-working" time on an administrative project.
It shows up when the administrator opens up the admin project and looks at
the specific dates in the resource usage view. However, there are others who
are looking at the resource usage view with another project open and see a
line item for the particular resource for the admin project, but do not see
the time. Why can't they see the time on this project like they do other
projects?

2. Occasionally, when updating the non-working time administrative project,
e-mails are sent out to all of the resources assigned to the administrative
tasks that the schedule has changed. This is intermittent. It has happened
occasionally when accepting someone's update to the project and at others,
when a new resource was added to the task. Does anyone know if the e-mail is
supposed to be going out on these projects (I would think not) and if there
is a way to control this. It confuses everyone.
