Administrative Projects and Email notifiactions

Hi

Is it normal for Administrative Projects to send email notifications out (as
per normal projects)? If so, is there anyway I can turn off email
notification for an administrative project?

Yes, it is normal. No, there is no way to turn these off for administrative
projects only. Sorry.
